About Dr. Leong

Dr. Paul Leong is a board certified, fellowship trained surgeon who is exclusively focused on surgical and non-surgical procedures of the face. By focusing on facial cosmetic surgery in his practice and his training, Dr. Leong believes he is able to deliver outstanding results for his patients. Board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery, Dr. Leong is dedicated to offering the most innovative and reliable procedures available in facial cosmetic surgery today.

 

At every stage of his education Dr. Leong trained at one of the leading academic centers in the country. After graduating from medical school at Yale University, he completed seven years of head and neck surgical training at UPMC (recently ranked 3rd in the country by US News & World Report), and later completed a fellowship in Facial Plastic Surgery at Oregon Health Sciences University, renowned for many decades for training leaders in facial plastic surgery around the world.

 

Dr. Leong is recognized as an expert specialist in facial cosmetic surgery. He has published in leading journals in the field and has been asked to present his knowledge at facial plastic surgery conferences in the United States and internationally. He is one of half dozen facial plastic surgeons in the country entrusted with the responsibility of reviewing funding for research projects that will guide the direction of the specialty.

 

Dr. Leong is a recognized rhinoplasty expert. He performs many rhinoplasties (nose reshaping/nose job) on members of the medical community and is routinely referred particularly challenging cases. Dr. Leong frequently performs revision surgery on rhinoplasties that have been performed elsewhere and require further improvement. Dr. Leong is specialized in facelift and facial rejuvenation surgery.
His focused practice allows him to offer the full spectrum of facial rejuvenation options. Rather than offering essentially the same procedure to all patients, Dr. Leong tailors his recommendations to each individual need. Some patient's requirements are best met with a
mini-facelift, while others may require a full-facelift or a deep-plane facelift. If a patient might benefit from a blepharoplasty (eyelid lift), browlift, or volume enhancement (fat transfer), all of these options will be discussed.
