Shanna:
Surgical Coordinator and Supervisor

As the surgical coordinator, Shanna schedules all surgeries for Ideal Facial Plastic & Laser Surgery and the associated Head and Neck Surgery practice of Straka & McQuone, Inc.  Shanna will be very happy to help guide you through the scheduling process for Dr. Leong’s surgeries at Sewickley Valley Hospital, The Heritage Valley Surgical Center (in Moon Township), and The Western Pennsylvania Hospital. IShe will also assist you with any pre-op testing.

 

Before joining our team Shanna was a nanny as well as a full time student at The University of Pittsburgh.  Shanna received a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and has been with our practice for over four years. 

 

Hobbies:  Spending as much time as possible with my 16-month old son P.J. and my family.  Also reading, walking, and pilates.

 

Pets:  A cute, cuddly little dog is in our future.

 

Favorite books:  Classics (mythology and medieval literature) and Fantasy (Harry Potter).

 

Favorite Movies:  Comedies (Adam Sandler stuff), Action, and Classics (my all time favorite is “Gone With the Wind”).

 

Favorite Music:  Country and “Guns and Roses”.
